How to take Salubalance Plus?

Calcium carbonate (61%), magnesium carbonate (13%), carrier material: sodium bicarbonate, magnesium oxide (9%), anti-caking agent: cellulose, bulking agent: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, coating agent: prepared cellulose (from: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, talc, fatty acids, grease), bulking agent: gum arabic, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of dietary fatty acids, manganese gluconate (0.3%), magnesium oxide zinc (0.2%), water, copper gluconate (0.1%), chromium (III) chloride (0.003%).
