We ship products for a flat rate of €3.95 IVA (VAT) included. If your order is more than €45 including IVA, shipping is free. Choose "Free Shipping".
Delivery terms
The usual delivery time is in the 24-72 business hours following the business day the order is placed, provided that they are orders on business days from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Monday to Friday after 2:00 p.m. or on weekends and holidays will always be counted as if they had been placed the next business day before 2:00 p.m. In both cases, they will be delivered in a maximum of 72 working hours. In the event of a stock out or supply delay, we will contact you to inform you of the delay in the delivery period or to make any changes at your convenience. If you are not satisfied with the new situation and would like to cancel your order, the amount of the order will be refunded as soon as possible.
Those orders in which the customer enters an erroneous postal code, as this is the reference data when generating a delivery number with a specific destination franchise and its re-shipment to another franchise is necessary, the extra charge for said service will be the responsibility of the client and not of Viteax. Said amount will depend on the weight of the package and will be notified by the transport agency so that it can be paid in cash by the client at the time of delivery. In the event that the recipient does not accept the shipment and the transport returns the package to us, the amount of the products in the order will be refunded, discounting €7.00 as compensation for the processing of the return shipment by the shipping agency. transport.
